Responsibilities
Data Entry & Verification
 Input and update large volumes of data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
 Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies.
 Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility.
Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance
 Organize, manage, and maintain data files to ensure accurate records.
 Conduct data cleaning to identify and remove duplicate or outdated entries.
 Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting & Documentation
 Generate reports or summaries as required by the management or relevant departments.
 Document data entry activities and update relevant logs or tracking systems.
 Respond to data inquiries and resolve any issues related to data accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication
 Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or verify necessary data.
 Communicate data-related issues or improvements to team leaders or supervisors.
 Participate in training sessions and stay updated with data entry software or system changes.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
 Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field is preferred.
 Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software.
 High attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
Working Conditions:
 Remote, work-from-home environment.
 Flexible working hours, depending on the project requirements.
 Requires a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
