This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat
Provide auction-related information, answers, and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Utilize knowledge base and resources to stay up-to-date
Maintain high-quality service standards and response times
