 Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
 Process customer applications with precision and care.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
Required Skills
 Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Sales sector.
 Strong proficiency in data entry and professional email correspondence.
 Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating as part of a team.
 Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
 Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
 Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
 High professionalism and integrity.
