Requirements:

Basic English writing skills for clear communication.
Skills/background needed:

No previous experience in live chat support required – full training provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Minimum availability of 5+ hours per week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
