Upstream Rehabilitation offers a fantastic opportunity to travel throughout our network of 1200+ clinics while you deliver best-in-class physical therapy care to our patients. As an Upstream Physical Therapist Assistant Traveler, you will have the benefit of in-house support, while getting to work across a variety of brands and opportunities. Once youÂre done traveling, we make it our goal to help you transition to a permanent home clinic that best suits you, including leadership opportunities.

 Excel at providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs
 Ability to connect interpersonally with patients, and clinical team within your organization
 Drive to deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence

 Eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities

Qualifications
 Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
 Current or pending state licensure
