This remote position is based in North Dakota, focusing on supporting community pharmacies in optimizing their software systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, proactive in support, and passionate about enhancing pharmacy workflows through technology. Duties:
? Assist Pharmacies with Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to community pharmacies, helping troubleshoot issues with software systems to ensure optimal operations.
? Handle Inbound Support Calls: Address technical and account-related inquiries from pharmacies with a focus on customer service.
? Proactively Reach Out to Pharmacies: Conduct outbound calls to check in, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues.
Schedule/Shift:
? Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
? Location Requirement: Must reside in North Dakota
Requirements:
? Licensure: ND State Pharmacy Technician License.
? Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, quick adaptability to new software, and proficiency in navigating digital platforms.
? Fast Learner: Ability to rapidly learn proprietary systems through comprehensive training and troubleshoot effectively.
? Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills, with a pleasant tone and a focus on customer service.
? Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, with a proactive approach to support timely and effective solutions for various technical issues.
Program System:
Training will cover the clients proprietary software systems used to support pharmacy operations. All necessary equipment will be provided.
