Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will support the financial operations of our business by managing and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks. Key responsibilities include entering data, creating client proposals, tracking expenses, processing payments, and providing monthly financial reports and forecasts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, familiarity with accounting procedures, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain financial records in QuickBooks.

- Client Proposals: Prepare detailed proposals for clients, including scope and pricing.

- Deposit Management: Record and track client deposits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

- Purchase Orders & Vendor Payments... Create and manage purchase orders, vendor deposits, and

payments, including processing vendor invoices.

- Bill Payment: Pay general monthly bills and manage recurring expenses.

- Client Billing: Generate and send client invoices; track payments and follow up on outstanding

invoices.

- Expense Tracking & Reconciliation: Track all spending, categorize expenses, and reconcile

accounts monthly.

- Monthly Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly financial reports, including cash flow,

expense reports, and forecasted budget analysis.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with QuickBooks, ideally in a similar role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with basic accounting principles.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and client

interactions.

- Availability: Flexible availability for 10-20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [relevant industry, e.g., furniture design, interior design, manufacturing]

- Background in financial forecasting and budgeting

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
