Work-From-Home Part-Time: Patient Balance & Billing Support (15–20 hrs/week)
We are a growing multi-office dental organization seeking a part-time remote team member to assist with patient balance follow-ups across multiple locations. This role focuses on contacting patients regarding outstanding account balances while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to patients regarding overdue balances
• Answer billing questions in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
• Document all calls and notes accurately in the system
• Maintain a respectful, solution-focused approach with patients
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in collections, billing, or financial follow-ups strongly preferred
• Comfortable using computers and performing accurate data entry
• Professional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail
Requirements:
• Availability during normal business hours to make calls
• Reliable internet, phone, and quiet home workspace
• Ability to work independently and meet expectations

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
