What YouÂll Do:
 Meet with students 1:1 to support them on their goals and talk over any issues they may be facing
 Lead group sessions with 5-10 students who have similar interest
 Work with students to help them become the best version of themselves
 Create video, audio, and written mental health consent on topics that interest you

Basic Qualifications
 Licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHP, LPCC, MSW, LAC, AMFT, ALC, LPC, etc)
 Ideally at least 2+ years as a practicing therapist
 Stable internet and access to a quiet place for sessions
 Ability to deliver care via video or messaging
 Must complete a background check (criminal record, education verification, civil search, drug and health) and reference check
Some Standouts:
 1+ year working with students or youth
 Experience in providing school-based services
 Passionate about improving and democratizing access to mental healthcare, especially among students
