Temp to hire
All equipment provided
Training 2 weeks 8am-4:30pm, M-F
Post training schedule 8am to 4:30pm (Schedule may change after first 90 days)
What you will do:
Contact providers offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
High call volume 100+ daily
What you need:
High school diploma or GED
Must have hard wired high speed internet
Contact Center/Telemarketing Experience
Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare)
Computer skills and basic trouble shooting
How you will succeed:
Familiarity with Dialer Technology
Results driven
Professional phone etiquette
