 Seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Research Analyst.
 Deliver actionable insights through market, customer, and competitive research.
 Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; analyze data; present insights.
 Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects.
 Collaborate with external research firms.
 Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends.
 Interpret complex datasets and present insights.
 Determine and recommend methods of research.
 Proof and edit documents and reports.
 Identify new research opportunities and improve methodologies.
 Track and predict market trends.
 Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
 Analyze customer behavior to inform strategies.
Requirements:
 BachelorÂs degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
 2+ years in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics industries.
 2+ years... leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
 Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required.
 Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
 Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, market analysis frameworks, statistical analysis and research methodologies.
 Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey platforms, like SurveyMonkey.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
 A team player and true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
 Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required.
 Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
