We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team at Walt Disney World Resort. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, leverage your knowledge of the Disney brand to connect with various communities, and collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create marketing initiatives that drive consumer behavior.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special perks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Leverage knowledge of the Disney brand to connect with various communities and drive engagement and demand
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create marketing initiatives that drive consumer behavior
Requirements:
• 5+ years of social media experience in media, entertainment, or tourism
• Impactful communication skills in written form, including creative writing skills
