 Salesmanship: experience is a plus, but not required
 Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
 Current NMLS License: is highly desired, but not required. (You must be eligible to be licensed if you do not have a current NMLS License).
 Real Estate experience: previous experience in real estate is helpful.
