- **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products based on the customerÂs needs while adhering to company sales guidelines and practices.
- **Record Keeping:** Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather insights and feedback from customers to relay to management for service improvement initiatives.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a collaborative environment, sharing best practices and supporting team goals.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
- **Experience:** None required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus.
