This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination and Administration (50%) Review CVs of applicants, identifying top candidates for various positions. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using various channels. Profile Preparation: Prepare detailed candidate profiles for clients using AI tools. Conduct initial screenings and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Schedule interviews, manage documentation, and assist with correspondence. Provide comprehensive support to senior recruiters. Manage and organize recruitment-related documentation. Assist with reporting and data management. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Client-Facing Recruitment (25%) Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates. Collaborate with the team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates for client positions. Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and improve the recruitment process. Participate in client onboarding calls. Internal Talent Acquisition (25%) Lead internal recruitment efforts for key positions, including senior recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and other critical roles. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support our company's rapid growth. Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires.
