This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The compensation for this role is benchmarked at a competitive salary. Â Â This position will operate on a remote, freelance basis.

How-To Geek is an online technology publication with tens of millions of readers each month. Our readers love How-To Geek because of its unique voice. WeÂre not a website for geeksÂwe are the geeks.

 Work within a CMS: adhere to style guidelines, finding and formatting images, adding links, etc
What we're looking for:
 Relevant experience in writing and editing
 Knowledge across a variety of tech - especially smart home tech (updates to the latest versions + first-hand use of products, platforms, and apps are required)
 Must own several Smart Home devices to be considered
 Knowledge of other tech (a plus)
