The FT Evening Emergency Shelter Case Aide position at Open Door Mission involves providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, or trauma. This full-time role requires working from Friday to Tuesday during evening hours, focusing on maintaining safety and security standards while assisting guests at the emergency shelter. Responsibilities
 Provide support and encouragement to adult guests at the emergency shelter.

 Maintain safety and security standards of the Emergency Shelter.

 Assist with CPR, First Aid, and Narcan administration as needed.

 Engage in peer-to-peer employment opportunities in mental health and addiction.
,
 Participate in a 2-hour shadowing opportunity as part of the interview process.
Requirements
 CPR Certification
,
 First Aid Certification
,
 3 years of relevant experience or peer coach certificate or equivalent
,
 Ability to work full-time hours from Friday to Tuesday, 4pm-12am.
Nice-to-haves
 Experience in the behavioral health field
