[Work From Home] Facilities Maintenance Lead

Ready to make a real impact? We're hiring a Facilities Maintenance Lead! This role is located at our Remote facility. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. We believe in rewarding talent. The total rewards package for this role includes a competitive salary. Â Â Lead maintenance activities for assigned shift. Assign, re-assign and direct preventative maintenance activities, work orders and other maintenance assignments for assigned shift. Act as a resource for mechanics in identification and correction of potential equipment problems. Act as a resource for mechanics in trouble-shoot and maintain production lines and/or batching/processing equipment. Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production lines (i.e. rebuilds, welding, valve, pipe and solenoid selection, etc.). Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor.
Perform quality checks and accurate quality documentation as required. Read, understand and comply with standard operating procedures and Safety Data Sheets. Able to explain and demonstrate job tasks to all internal and external visitors.
