 Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and organisation of social media data pipelines.
 Design and implement subqueries, filters, and tags for effective categorisation and segmentation.
 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within social listening platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data outputs align with broader insights and strategic objectives.
 Stay informed on the latest tools and feature updates, sharing best practices with the team.
Essential Skills:
 Expertise in writing complex Boolean queries for social listening platforms.
 Proven experience configuring and maintaining dashboards with exceptional attention to detail.
 Experience in transitioning advanced listening set ups and configuration between tools.
 Strong proficiency in managing large datasets and operational workflows with a "data-first" mindset.
 Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Independent, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects with accountability.
