Responsible for all facets of the Chairman of the BoardÂs day-to-day operations. Heavy meeting calendaring. Position is mainly remote however there will be some driving to various offices and event site in Newport Beach as needed. $32-$35 per hour DOE. Monday - Friday, 4-5 hours per day, between 10:00am - 3:00pm.

Executive Assistant (part time, 90% remote) Details:
 Direct Hire position
 $32.00 /hour
 First Shift (Monday through Friday)
 Extensive scheduling and coordinating meetings for a very busy Chairman of the Board; this is the main focus throughout the day.
 Confirm and re-confirm meeting attendees.
 Meeting setups (remotely or on-site) as needed.
 Create and send emails and letters.
 Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence.
 Maintain personal information.
 Maintain documents in file cabinets at the office.
 Handle conference registrations and travel arrangements and itineraries.
 Handle research for the Chairman.
Executive Assistant (part time, 90% remote) Qualifications:
 5+ years of Experience as an Executive Assistant to C level.
 Excellent listening skills.
 Excellent organizational skills.
 Strong knowledge of Google mail, Texting, Calendaring.
 Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Zoom meetings.
 Ability to work in an environment where priorities change frequently.
 Ability to make decisions and take action independently when appropriate.
 Flexible, positive and willing to assist.
