The role
 Providing full PA and secretarial support to Partners and Advisors.
 Scanning correspondence and documents.
 Typing correspondence and formatting documents.
 File management (e-filing and hard copy filing).
 Creating letters and managing data.
 Supporting with events, including managing room bookings and catering requests.
 Diary management.
 Answering the phone.
 Raising invoices.
 Other admin support duties.
About you:
 Must have administration experience within a professional services organisation.
 Highly organised with great attention to detail.
 Effective communicator
 Self-motivated with ability to work alone or as part of a team.
 Ability to engage with key stakeholders.
 Friendly... positive and enthusiastic.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The role will by hybrid after training.
