 Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeaveÂs internal IT function.
 Manage and enhance HRIS systems.
 Collaborate with HR to support the companyÂs growing workforce.
 Investigate potential HRIS systems.
 Automate and integrate IT systems for employee lifecycle management.
 Support the legal team in creating efficient workflows.
 Implement strong security and compliance practices.
 Oversee support for end users.
Requirements
 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
 Experience in developing financial and supply chain systems.
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
