Job Description:

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the front-line of support for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues through our live chat platform. Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat.

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related concerns.

– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary.

– Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
