Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using computers, airline booking software, and CRM tools.
