Key Responsibilities Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation. Generate basic reports, spreadsheets, or summaries as requested by management or other departments. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify information, resolve issues, or follow up on missing data. Adhere to established data entry procedures, guidelines, and deadlines. Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and photocopiers as needed. Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience 1-2 years in a data entry role or similar administrative position. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with high accuracy is often desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with database systems and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
