Process cancellations and refunds in accordance with arenaflex policies and customer expectations
Assist customers with special requests, including baggage arrangements, meal preferences, and accessibility needs
Provide information about available routes, schedules, and connecting flight options


Problem Resolution and Issue Management


Address customer concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
Investigate and resolve issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining clear communication with the customer

Travel Policy and Product Knowledge

Provide guidance on travel advisories, visa requirements, and international travel regulations
