[Work From Home] Customer Service Representative / Office
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant! This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our Remote office. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will be compensated with a competitive salary for your time and effort. Â Â We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative functions, and customer service in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
 Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders
 Send updates to customers about their orders as needed
 Gather information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management
 Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct
 Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires
 Perform all other relatable office tasks given by Plant Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
 Previous experience in MS office systems and Outlook
 Ability to prioritize and multitask
 Strong attention to detail
 ?Strong organizational skills
Schedule and Benefits:
 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
