 Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing prompt solutions.
 Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
 Learn about our product offerings and company policies to inform customers effectively.
 Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
 Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to improve service skills.
 No prior experience in customer service is needed; full training will be provided.
 Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
 Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
