 Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
 Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly.
 Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
 Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment.
 Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
 Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
 Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
 Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
 Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
 Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is an asset.
 Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
 Basic math skills for transaction accuracy are essential.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
 A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction is highly valued.
