Responsibilities

ā¢ Manage appointments and confirm appointments.
ā¢ Utilize customer relationship management systems for transactions, ensuring accurate processes.
ā¢ Engage and follow up with potential members to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
ā¢ Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
ā¢ Maintain an organized environment that enhances the membership experience.
ā¢ Train and mentor other business trainees in customer service best practices and retail skills.
Requirements
ā¢ Coachable
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
ā¢ Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
ā¢ Familiarity with basic math concepts for cash handling and retail transactions.
ā¢ Proven experience in sales, merchandising, and customer service roles.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
