 Provide clinical... supervision to social workers and counselors, ensuring adherence to best practices and agency guidelines.
 Review clinical documentation and provide feedback on case notes and treatment plans.
 Conduct regular one-on-one supervision meetings with staff and facilitate group supervision.
 Support staff in managing complex cases, providing clinical guidance and interventions.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state licensing requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
 Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or leadership roles.
 Strong understanding of social work ethics, regulations, and clinical best practices.
 Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
 Comfortable working in a fully remote setting and managing schedules independently.
