Train and supervise new employees to promote overall team productivity and consistent service, Create high level reports for senior operations manager and leadership.
Handle escalated customer service concerns to preserve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationship.
Manage daily attendance for the team, manage daily team chats, Assist supervisor with escalated calls.
Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
Brief Job Requirements
Senior experience within a call center as a supervisor/leader.
Healthcare Experience Preferred.
