What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Meet monthly and weekly enrollment goals through qualified leads via phone, online chats, and emails
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and achieve sales targets
Conduct outreach for new pool openings and engage returning customers
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Process payments and maintain customer account information accurately
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Enthusiastic personality with strong communication and consultative sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to scheduled shifts
Competency with phone systems and online platforms, including Excel and Google Suite
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts as the call center operates seven days a week
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with children or in a child-focused job
Familiarity with customer service best practices
Ability to engage in consultative sales techniques
Experience with outreach marketing initiatives
