- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to assist callers effectively
• Qualifications*

- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Knowledge of customer service principles
