• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist clients in navigating services offered by the organization, ensuring they receive appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate service delivery and enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathetic listening.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for documentation and client management.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities effectively.
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 68,000 USD per year(Remote (Aurora, Illinois, US))
