This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, while providing crucial support to our clients.
As a Work at Home Email Chat Support, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through email and chat. This may include answering questions about our services, assisting with technical issues, and providing guidance to potential clients on how to access our telepsychiatry services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable using technology and various software platforms. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
β’ Provide accurate information about Array Behavioral Care and our services
β’ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance for clients to access our telepsychiatry services
β’ Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service
β’ Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Comfortable using technology and various software platforms
β’ Ability to multitask and work independently
β’ Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
β’ Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
