WordPress Support Agent (Part-Time, Remote)

Clutch Creative Co. is looking for a WordPress Support Agent to join our team on a part-time, contractor basis. What Youll Do:
Manage and resolve WordPress support requests from clients.
Perform plugin and theme updates while ensuring compatibility.
Assist with basic content updates and minor site edits when needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear, friendly, and helpful support.
Collaborate with the Clutch team to ensure seamless WordPress maintenance and improvements.
What Were Looking For:
At least 2 years of WordPress experience, with a strong understanding of CMS functionality.
Proficiency with page builders like Elementor and WPBakery.
Familiarity with popular themes such as Astra and Divi.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsive and reliableour clients count on us for timely support.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative part of a remote team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working in a support or maintenance role for a web agency.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working with WooCommerce.
