The Role
We are looking for a WordPress Guru based in Cebu to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with hotel clients, helping them move their existing websites to our platform, improve their online presence, and provide day-to-day technical support.
You'll be at the heart of the onboarding process, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of client websites. Our team values -collaboration, trust, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Migrate client websites to our WordPress hosting environmentCustomize and develop WordPress websites based on client needsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide timely supportMaintain, update, and optimize WordPress websitesWork closely with the client success team to ensure high-quality service deliveryCollaborate with our educators and designers to implement best practicesHelp build documentation and processes for support and onboarding
Qualifications
Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websitesSolid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPExperience with WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)Familiar with hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and performance optimizationExcellent communication skills and client-facing experienceDetail-oriented and organized with a proactive problem-solving mindsetComfortable working independently and within a distributed teamWillingness to grow with the company and be part of building a future Cebu office
Preferred (but not required)
Experience working with hospitality or hotel clientsKnowledge of SEO best practices for WordPressFamiliarity with staging environments, Git, and version controlPrior experience in a support desk or technical onboarding role
