WordPress Developer Needed for Site Duplication + Modernized Form Workflow (Silverstripe → WordPress) Company Managing the Project: Hendricks CIO Strategic Services LLC (HCIOSS) Client: Howard & O’Brien Executive Search Site to Duplicate: ⭐ Project Management Structure This project is being managed by Hendricks CIO Strategic Services LLC (HCIOSS) on behalf of our client, Howard & O’Brien. All communication, direction, staging access, and milestone approvals will come from HCIOSS. You will interface only with HCIOSS throughout the project. ⭐ Project Overview We are duplicating the current Howard & O’Brien website from Silverstripe CMS into WordPress. This is a pixel-accurate duplication, not a redesign. No Silverstripe backend access will be provided. The WordPress build must replicate: •Layout, spacing, typography, and structure • All templates and responsive breakpoints • Animation sequences (hero, scroll effects, counters) • All content and SEO metadata • Navigation and internal link structure Additionally, the form workflow must be modernized: Instead of sending email submissions, WordPress will POST form fields and attachments to a SharePoint public drop-off endpoint. ⭐ High-Level Requirements A. Visual Duplication • Pixel-accurate rebuild of the existing site • No redesign, no deviations • Duplicate responsive layout across breakpoints B. Animation Replication • Recreate hero animation, scroll-triggered effects, counters • Tools may include Motion.page, GSAP, ScrollTrigger, or CSS • Animations must run smoothly on mobile and desktop C. Theme + Plugin-First Architecture • Use a modern, stable theme (GeneratePress, Astra, Kadence, Blocksy, etc.) • Minimal custom code • No editing parent theme or plugin files D. Content & SEO Migration • Full manual content transfer • Rebuild menus, slugs, and internal links • Transfer all metadata (titles, descriptions, canonicals, alt tags) E. Form Workflow Modernization • Build using a WordPress form plugin • Accept PDF and DOCX only • Validate file size and MIME type • Integrate Google reCAPTCHA • POST form data + attachments to a SharePoint endpoint • Provide success/failure feedback • Implement anti-bot and validation measures F.
