WordPress Developer – Enterprise, WordPress VIP
Job Description: • Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress themes and plugins • Work within the WordPress VIP platform to ensure code quality, security, and performance • Collaborate with design, content, and DevOps teams on website and CMS needs • Implement advanced publishing workflows, multilingual support, and custom Gutenberg blocks • Optimize for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness • Conduct code reviews and work within VIP’s rigorous development standards • Handle large-scale content migrations and integrations with external platforms (CRM, analytics, etc.) Requirements: • 5+ years of WordPress development experience, including at least 1–2 years with WordPress VIP or other enterprise-grade WordPress environments • Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including React), HTML5, and CSS3 • Familiarity with Git workflows and continuous integration/deployment practices • Understanding of WP REST API, GraphQL, and headless WordPress setups • Experience managing performance and security in high-scale environments • Ability to navigate Wordpress VIP-specific review and deployment processesBenefits: • Competitive PTO • Employee health, vision and dental insurance • Company 401k Program Apply tot his job
