Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed healthcare provider to lead and support our patients through their hormone health journey. This role focuses on diagnosing and managing hormone imbalances, particularly in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, and guiding them through HRT options with compassion and clinical rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth consultations focused on hormone health
• Order and interpret hormone panels and related labs
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including bioidentical and conventional HRT options
• Monitor patient progress, make dose adjustments, and provide ongoing support
• Educate patients on hormone health, lifestyle factors, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nutritionists, nurses, and wellness coaches
Qualifications:
• NP, PA, MD, or DO with an active license in Multiple States [FL, TX, GA preferred]
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health, endocrinology, or functional medicine
• Prior experience with hormone therapy (BHRT, TRT, or conventional HRT) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
• Comfortable using EMR systems and telehealth platforms
Preferred:
• Certification or specialized training in hormone therapy or functional medicine (e.g., A4M, IFM, or similar)
• Experience with compounded hormone prescriptions and lifestyle medicine
