Role Overview: As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will help drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a team that values success and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with warm leads provided by the company to assess client needs.
• Present our products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with management to continuously refine strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with online systems.
