Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to provide a high-quality level of support for our Sales Team and ensure exceptional customer service our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, problem-solving team player who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate business continuity by collaborating with account executives, maintain consistent communication with customers and oversee execution of key processes. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to orders or accounts.Accurately process orders, quotes, and pricing, provide order status, estimated lead time, and manage any change requests or rush orders.Provide product testing data, quality control information, current stock information, and inventory quantity checks.Maintain and update customer information and sales data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).Contractor support (bidding), technical questions, and documentation. Liaise with other departments, such as national accounts, customer service, credit, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
