Winter Part-Time Tax Internship- Denver
Work with Topel Forman as a Winter Part-Time Tax Intern while gaining hands-on tax training and mentorship.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving individual, hands-on training from experienced tax professionals.
• Preparing various tax returns, including 1099, individual, and trust returns.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of individual tax laws and tax preparation software.
• Preparing individual tax extensions for proper tax planning.
• Identifying and communicating tax and accounting issues to senior associates, supervisors, and managers.
• Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
• Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
• Building communication skills through business writing and collaboration.
About You:
Applicants should be:
• Energetic and team-oriented.
• An Accounting major proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attentive to detail with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Part-time paid internship at $32 per hour.

Training & Development:
