Job Title: IT Business Consultant / Windows Engineer

ā¢ Assist with both day-to-day Implementation projects as well as Professional Services engagements
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
ā¢ Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
ā¢ Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
ā¢ Experience working remotely and at client locations
ā¢ Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
ā¢ Online and printed media Desktop Design
ā¢ Knowledge of printers and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting
ā¢ Experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills
ā¢ Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver
ā¢ Team player who strives for excellence
ā¢ Minimum 5 years experience required
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
ā¢ Experience working with large enterprise wide application systems
ā¢ SQL development
ā¢ Experience with HTML5 and CSS
ā¢ Knowledge of SSL as it relates to client-server communications
ā¢ Experience with Client s DNA and WMF technology
ā¢ Experience with Nexus Evolution software
ā¢ Experience with Client s Nautilus or Hyland OnBase ECM
ā¢ Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module
ā¢ Knowledge of DocuSign
