As a Wholesale Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting our business operations and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities As a Wholesale Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Extracting and consolidating data from various auctions into designated Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Emailing auction data to internal teams for processing and posting, and reviewing posted data against original auction information to ensure accuracy. Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies and complex errors in data postings, collaborating with the posting team as needed. Maintaining organized records of auction data, posting results, and any corrections made, and providing updates or feedback to the team. Suggesting improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data handling processes, leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge. Supporting additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Wholesale Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with a keen eye for error-checking and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills for spotting and resolving discrepancies, and problem-solving skills for addressing complex data issues. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and managing data emails. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and meeting productivity standards. Competency in 10-Key (10,000 KSPH), typing speed of 40 WPM, and attention to detail (95% or higher). Preferred Qualifications Experience with data management or inventory systems, which can enhance your ability to manage complex data sets and identify areas for improvement. Experience in wholesale, auction data, or the automotive industry, which can provide valuable context and insights for your work.
