Assist with inventory management, restocking, and monitoring product expiration dates. Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth shopping experience for customers. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and promotions. Required Skills and Experience : Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with shoppers. Ability to follow store procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or grocery environment. Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
