Job Description:
As a Whole Foods Grocery Delivery personnel, you will use the Amazon Flex app to guide you through the delivery process. You’ll pick up groceries from Whole Foods and deliver them to customer’s homes or businesses within a specified timeframe. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up grocery orders from Whole Foods and deliver to customers within a specified timeframe.
– Use the Amazon Flex app to manage deliveries and report any issues or delays.
– Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers and store employees.
– Ensure all groceries are handled with care to prevent damage or spoilage.
Requirements:
– Must be 21 years old or older.
– Must have a valid U.S. driverยs license.
– Must have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
– Must have a smartphone to use the Amazon Flex app.
– Must be able to lift heavy items.
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Experience:
Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
