Must have Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
What You Will Do:
Conduct Zoom meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance requirements.
Assist clients in navigating the enrollment process by offering guidance and support.
Respond to questions and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Work alongside team members to facilitate a seamless and effective enrollment experience.
Keep precise and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment documentation.
