LoveBound Destinations is seeking a passionate WFH Flight Reservationist to become an integral part of our team. This crucial role involves coordinating flight arrangements for our clients, ensuring a personalized and smooth travel experience that meets their unique preferences and requirements.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with outstanding organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities:
Flight Bookings: Manage inquiries and bookings for flights via phone, email, and our website, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process for our clients.
Travel Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering flight options that best match their schedule and budget.
Airline Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines to secure competitive fares and provide the best travel options to our clients.
... Itinerary Management: Assist in the creation of detailed travel itineraries, ensuring flight schedules align with clients overall travel plans and preferences.
Special Requests Handling: Coordinate with airlines to accommodate special requests, such as seat preferences, meal requirements, and assistance for travelers with special needs.
Travel Documentation: Guide clients through the requirements for travel documentation, including visas and passports, ensuring they are prepared for their journey.
Feedback and Quality Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
